**Shaker Apple Corer/Slicer**

This is reproduced from an original in the collection of one of the many Shaker museums located in the New York and New England areas. While simple in design, it is very functional and much easier to use than many modern versions. If necessary, the corer and quartering cutters can be re-sharpened using common hand files. Lead-free solder is used.
